The license doesn't permit it. And the publisher has never responded to inquiries. It's been discussed at length here: https://portableapps.com/node/29446
LibreOffice is more full-featured and has better compatibility with a wider range of office formats. LibreOffice also allows you to do things that Kingsoft makes you pay $70 for (save as xlsx, macros, etc) for free. Plus, like PortableApps.com, it's open source. In addition, LibreOffice's publisher, the Document Foundation, has been an enthusiastic partner of PortableApps.com since their founding.
