Deadend page ? ?

Firefox portable opens to a page Titled: Deadend
with the info below on the page.

Is this an issue with a restirction my network has?
Please advise.

I used firefox at home and

I used firefox at home and it worked fine.
When at work - it does allow me to get to my intranet pages - but no outside pages - is this a security barrier - and something with FFP

That page isn't part of Firefox, so must be to do with your network, I would guess it's a security thing.

From your work machine, in

From your work machine, in IE, go to "internet options" and find out if you are using a proxy server to reach the internet. Copy that box.

Then in FFP, go to tools, options, advanced, network tab, settings, and paste the proxy there.

Try same proxy, then use port 80. That might work.
