How I can import a *.exe from a other protable programm

How I can import a *.exe from a other portable program, like with pstart?
Because I have also a portable skype , a nonistall version of DeepBurner, an µtorrent (make it portable after I read in internet a instruction) an som other program I like to use.
If there is already a answer for this, sorry I can't find.

Just put the files in any

Just put the files in any folders inside of /PortableApps and it will be added to the menu. The menu automatically scans this folder to find programs.
