These look quite useful. I like the look and solid history behind Rapid Environment Editor, and have contacted the publisher requesting permission to redistribute. If I get a positive response, I'll post a dev test.
Don't you think to use open source ones?
Yes, in general I prefer opensource applications. However, in the case of these specific options, RapidEE is far more feature-rich, and, to me anyway, appears to be a more mature program than the other ones offered.
