I am not able to install eclipse 4.2. The error is

This is the only app I am having trouble installing. I am using the beta 2 portable app installer. The drive has access to read and write also so I am not sure what it is.

Get away from the Program Files folder.
Try installing to H:\PortableApps and see if that works.

Since this app isn't official yet, it might be worthwhile to post a link to this on the development test page for Eclipse Portable so that the developer will see it quicker.
Do you have a like to the page? I tried looking for it but couldn't find it.
A really quick search finds the 4.2 portable version here. This may seem like an odd question, but you're actually installing the portable version from here and not another installer (or just unzipping)?
