When Portableapps updates my applications, I would like to see changelogs for apps that have them. Is there any way to do this without looking at each app's webpage one-by-one?

We don't currently maintain changelogs anywhere. The apps themselves have changelogs for the base apps in all sorts of locations (and often none at all). Or did you mean if we made any changes to the portable version, like we have in the announcements ("Update to latest version, fixed bug with empty directory left behind.")
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
