Good Afternoon to everyone
I just installed Firefox Portable to a memory card with a reader. I am not able to access the internet. There is no proxy and there is nothing wrong with the internet at my location. Am I missing something?

Is a regular Firefox able to access the internet?

Yes , I have no problems with the internet outside of the portable apps. any portable apps can not access the intetnet

work, do not have proxy or firewall. having trouble with just some apps getting out to the internet
Check your Lan settings in IE and Regular FF just to verify.

Are you sure there's no proxy there?
no proxy at all, no firewall, most apps on my computer access the web, I have had troubles with two apps that are trying to contact time servers, but no matter what I try on the portable apps there is no internet connection.
Can you access your intranet?
