Please add a link to the website of the original program and an MD5 hash for the installer. Setting the post title to be the same as the current version of the program would be helpful. On that note, instead of "beta1" you should probably have "Dev Test 1" based on the current title. You should also put the words Application, Category, Description, and Release Notes in <b></b> tags. What is the licence of this app? I can't seem to find it, so can you please post a link to the licence wherever it is?
If it is open source or a freeware licence that explicitly allows redistribution and repackaging, then that is alright. Otherwise you will need to obtain permission from the developer to redistribute it in PortableApps format, and you will have to remove the link until you can show that permission.

I really loved using this app. However, it no longer works because it is too out of date. When you open it, a message pops up that says 'LINE requires an update.' Then it tries to automatically download and install the newest version of LINE, which of course doesn't work on my locked work computer.
