Maxthon Cloud Browser ver 4.1.3.5000 display in every label,button,etc. of your settings (menu/options) this pattern: ${options4!XXXX}
Will be problem of resource strings ??

Same here. The options titles are displayed as strings.
What language is this being seen in?
English Win 7 SP1 32 bit.
I see the same thing on my English Windows 7 system (64-bit). Maxthon Cloud Portable 4.1.3.5000 has its language set to English.

same issue - solved.
Just download any corresponding version of Maxthon from Maxthon web page (I suggest portable 7z packed), extract from language directory en.ini and replace the file installed by portableapps installer.
Done.
To portableapps - please fix the install package.

Thanks, the fix works well.
There was an old bug where this was happening but I came up with a new build process to fix it. It seems the last couple releases aren't using the proper official locale files, though. I've dropped a note to the publisher so it can be addressed.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
