I want to hide or lock the firefox Data folder in portable version and that way no one can't open or edit the data there like cookies.
Any one can give me an idea about how to do it as I'm going to using portable version so the solution must be OK with Portable version of firefox

You need to use encryption and lock it all within the container. Note that full drive encryption will require admin rights. You could use a hardware encrypted drive like the PA.c Carbide will work everywhere.

For a Firefox Portable install (to the local hard drive) I want to lock down, I install it to a TrueCrypt drive.
