We have no plans to implement the above at the present time. All apps are transitioning to PAL which does not provide Data or App directory settings either.

More than likely that isn't going to happen.
First, it is illegal to redistribute Firefox without permission from Mozilla (we have permission to redistribute it as Firefox Portable, but that permission does not extend to other people redistributing our version). The only way you could legally redistribute it is to recompile Firefox from the source code after removing all Mozilla and Firefox logos/branding.
Second, if something were worked out and it was possible, because this is for a commercial entity it would only be fair for PortableApps to be paid for the additional work performed to fulfill your request.
