If i set a preferred language from Skype options after restarting it resets back to the default language settings. How to make Skype save language settings?

Unfortunately, that's the way Skype is designed. The way it works with its command line options, we can either have it remember its language or your password, but not both. And it automatically selects the language based on the PC's local settings, so it will be correct for most people. So, we elected to have it save passwords.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Is it possible to stop this update notification window that popup every time when Skype is started?
