You can get all your files out of an ISO using 7-Zip Portable. No need to have a mounting utility like Daemon Tools which requires admin rights. 7-Zip gets you access to all the files and runs in userspace.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
Who it is saying it can be made portable doesn't necessarily mean it will be our standard of portable, and it doesn't stop it needing admin rights on every computer you move it to.
if you don't want to unzip the iso it is possible to use Daemon Tools Lite with portableapps, it is very simple and works (yesterday I tried successfully): just copy the folder "DAEMON Tools Lite" of Daemon Tools Lite previously installed on your pc into the folder of portableapps and refresh the list of applications. That's all, enjoy!
But that only works because it was installed.
Did you test that on another computer on which daemon tools had not been installed ?
I doubt that very much.
It requires a driver, and that is the problem.
If they only require extracting, then there are tools for that already as stated.
If at first you do not succeed, use more sticky tape.

Please search.
There are a number of threads already regarding Daemon Tools and why it can't be made portable.
