Firefox Nightly 32 Update failed and now I get this message when I try to start firefox from bookmark shortcuts.
"Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition cannot be started. You may wish to re-install to fix this issue. (ERROR: firefox.exe could not be found)"
And I get "Access Denied" for certain folder (Other, App\AppInfo, DefaultData\*, etc) into MyApps\FirefoxPortableNightly
Now I cannot update it or even deleting the folder because of access rights
Please help

That's a permissions error. Neither the Firefox Nightly installer nor launcher change anything with respect to permissions, so you'll need to investigate the issue on your end. It could be that you accidentally ran the installer as admin. It could be errors on the drive itself, either logical or physical.

Yes it a permission error but I changed nothing, I have the admin righs (the UAC is disabled).
I did nothing special. I started portableapp I had close yesterday, then I updated all versions of Firefox. All of them work except Nightly32
Right, but something happened that caused it. And, neither the code in the installer or the launcher have a single line that can alter permissions. So, something happened on your PC, as PCs are wont to do, that altered that permission. You'll need to fix that permission error to get it working again. Permissions errors like that can be caused by hard drive issues, malware, some bad antivirus programs, etc. You'll need to take ownership of those files (varies based on version of Windows, but Google can find the instructions for all) and fix the permissions issues. Maybe your TEMP directory permissions are messed up and those permissions carried over when the downloaded installer was extracted... I don't think 7-Zip can do that, but it's another possibility.
