Can't Reproduce
I can't reproduce this in my testing. And there's no reason for it to do so since the base app isn't even portable on its own. Could you post a report in the Other Apps Support forum with the complete details (install path, OS, new install vs upgrade, etc) so we can troubleshoot, please?
