The scroll bar handle (the block that moves up and down scroll bar) is blinking in the PortableApps > All Portable Menu after I start scrolling down. Any ideas how to stop this?

Not sure what you mean by blinking as there is no code to blink anything anywhere within the PA.c Platform. Is it moving up and down a little bit or something? Also, what OS are you on and how many apps do you have installed?
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
59 Apps installed, Win 7 Professional 64 Bit
Definitely not moving... just blinking light gray/dark gray

I believe that's the indication of when the scrollbar has focus on the 'classic' Windows 98-style theme. I haven't seen it in a long while, so I'm not sure. The scrollbar is a native scrollbar so it gets its look from the underlying Windows OS. How are you scrolling the app list?

Good call. If I change my theme to one of the Win7 themes, no more blinking. However, I do notice that the first time I start to scroll down, the handle turns blue-shaded once, like the mouse was over it. It also does it again, and stays blue when I switch back to PA from another program, until my mouse goes over the scroll bar. Odd.
Maybe I'll leave the Win7 Basix theme running for a bit... even though I'm not a fan of it!
Here's a video of the scroll handle with the Win7 Basic theme. BTW, it doesn't matter if I used the arrows, blanks bar area, or grabbed the handle to scroll.
