Won't be doing business with CustomUSB again... horrible service
I ordered one of the PortableApps flash drives, through CustomUSB, for use in my field of work (IT Consulting) - as a business owner, I was outright shocked at how tersely I was treated by their staff when I called to inquire about my order's shipping status.
Needless to say, I won't be doing business with CustomUSB in the future.

Single Data Point
Please keep in mind that the above user is a single data point, that he has not responded to our inquiries, and there doesn't appear to be an order from him in CustomUSB's system. I've placed multiple hundred-drive orders from CustomUSB and 1000s of people have ordered drives from them without complaint.
Contacted You But No Response, No Order In System

I'm sorry to hear about this issue and can assure you that this is not the norm. I emailed you directly on July 9th when you posted this but you did not respond. The VP of customer service at CustomUSB also emailed you but did not receive a response. He also checked the CustomUSB order system and could not find an order under either your name or email address.
I've placed multiple orders for hundreds of drives from CustomUSB myself over the last 7 years and 1,000s of other PortableApps.com users have ordered and received drives without issue, so I'd like to get to the bottom of what happened in this instance.
Please respond to one of our emails so we can assist you further.
