Google Chrome Portable 38.0.2096.0 Dev leaves these folders behind:
"AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\SwiftShader"
All empty. Now CCleaner detects Chrome, deleting them fixed it.

I can confirm this. I think it's currently Dev only (where these will crop up as they are new). I'll have it handled in the next release.

Yep, v38.0.2096.0 Dev 32-bit & 64-bit, not present in previous dev version. BTW your launcher works perfect with Chrome 64-bit
(ImDisk) and other people also figured this out [link to illegal software removed by mod JTH]
