someApp did not close properly last time it was run and will now clean up.

I'm tired of this shit:

---------------------------
someApp Portable (PortableApps.com Launcher)
---------------------------
someApp Portable did not close properly last time it was run and will now clean up. Please then start someApp Portable again manually.
---------------------------
ОК
---------------------------

I don't give a shit whether it was closed properly or not, just execute it when I double-click it!
Need to run some 'clean up'? - fine, run it silently and then execute the damn app!

John, I'm sorry for requesting this so harshly, but those warnings drive me nuts!

I once already asked you to implement it and iirc you agreed with me that time, but I requested about some specific app (don't even remember which one exactly), but actually all of the apps are suffering from this disease.

Please, fix it!

This has already been answered in the topic the last time you asked: https://portableapps.com/node/28953#comment-207031

So basically you're saying "don't hold your breathe" or "dream on, it ain't gonna happen"?

Open Source

If you have the time and ability to recode the PA.c Launcher to make this change, please feel free. All the source is available and publicly posted under the GPL. If you don't have the ability, you can always pay a developer to add the feature as well. That's one of the beauties of open source, you can add things or pay people to add things anytime you'd like.

If you're patiently waiting for the ability to properly close all your apps to be added to the PA.c Platform, I'm finishing up the next beta with that feature implemented today and tomorrow.

If, on the other hand, you're attempting to antagonize volunteer (aka unpaid) developers for your own enjoyment, please stop. That type of behavior is toxic and is unwelcome here as per the forum guidelines.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Thanks John

Your response is so much more eloquent than what I was going to say Smile Glad I did not

Hello, John. If you like I

Hello, John.
If you like I could test your beta version.
Is it just for portableapps platform launcher or for each of existing apps too?

Still happening

Hi, was this ever addressed? Seems like a really long time since it was first reported to still be present. I get this on all of my apps. Is there a setting I missed?

I have this installed on my cloud drive
I routinely do not quit out of the apps/portable as I either have to reboot due to updates or just shut down my pc for whatever reason
