I am using Foxit portable as my default PDF program. Though I have set it to open pdf's in the browser (IE) it will not. Also, if I open a pdf stored on my computer, and I then go to a website and try to view a pdf in the browser (say a form 1040) I get the message that another instance of Foxit is running and to please shut it down.
Can anyone help?

Viewing within a browser is not supported within the portable version and should not be set.

Thank you John for the information. If it isn't possible, I'll install Foxit 7 and use the portable version when I'm at another computer.
