Can this be run as a .JAR?

Can this be run as a .JAR?

At my school we have laptops but all .exe files are blocked but we can run .jar files such as minecraft.jar is there anyway to run portableapps.exe as a .jar (executable jar file)

I didn't tell you this...

File Extensions are overrated.

Do the following:
Rename blocked app to any extension that isnt blocked. I.E. jpg, htm, txt. In the follow example, the blocked file was mygame.exe and renamed to mygame.txt

Use the following command line to launch:
Start "" mygame.txt

Dont forget to set working directory if needed.
