Since this is apparently a Publisher Submission I figured it should get higher priority.
I haven't tested it for proper portability, but here's a few comments regarding what I noticed about the package:
Note: you never lower the PackageVersion, you just don't raise it as far on DevTests as you do on Official Releases.

Thank you for prioritizing our submission.
I must admit it's harder to submit a file to your site than to any other software site out there. On most sites there's a submission page, I enter the details about the app (or a link to the PAD file) and click Submit.
Your site requires a lot more work, at least initially. I know there are complicated cases when you're trying to turn a non-portable app into portable. Your system seem to cover a large number of different settings and options. But when it comes to simple cases, it looks very intimidating and takes a lot of learning before a package can be created. Then additional time to learn how to submit, announce, etc. A specialized submission page would automate at least that part.
- Regarding the dev-test version, the spec doesn't mention dev-test releases. Didn't know it works that way. Should I rename the version from "2014.1" to "2014.1.test"?
- At the time the app was submitted it didn't have a homepage on your site. The spec says "homepage of the portable version" but doesn't say it's the home page on this site.
- Thought I deleted it. Will delete it again.
- I remember deleting "Other" in the source directory. How did it appear again is a mystery to me.
- Ah, so all dimensions and formats are mandatory?
- Yeah, we didn't test the app in anything below Windows XP. Most of our apps don't work below XP so we don't have Win2000 installed on our test machines.
Thank you for reviewing the package. I'll make the necessary fixes tomorrow. Sorry for me complaining, I'm just trying to give you a unique perspective of somebody making a submission to PortableApps for the first time. Maybe some descriptions in the spec could be improved. After reading your comments everything is much clearer.

Either way, it should be a page that's specifically for the Portable version, not one that's really for the local version.Other is a required folder for the PortableApps.com Format and should include some specific files, see the PAF spec for specifics, and the PAF Template (currently at v2.4) for an example. (you can also look at any of the Official Apps for examples)

Thanks for the explanation. You're right, I work for the publisher, but I didn't find any specialized field where to enter that information. After posting DevTest2 today I mentioned it in the announcement.
I found out we already created an account on PA, many months ago, but it was never used. So I posted the new update (DevTest2) from that account. It uses a "@gromada.com" email address, so it's more clear it belongs to the publisher.
From now on I'll be replying using that other account, this one probably won't be used anymore.
I think you misunderstood me.
This app is Freeware, so it's important that the original author/publisher has given permission for it to be bundled as a PortableApps.com app. As you appear to be posting it in an official capacity as a representative of Gromada, I assume you have the necessary permission, and I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that by making it available here as a Development Test release you're giving PortableApps.com permission to make it an official PortableApps.com App. (It would be nice to have proper verification of this though.)
It would have been appreciated if you had written something in your post to inform people of this fact. (e.g. by adding Publisher Submission under your Description)
Most of us won't see your email address, so I don't think it really matters which account you post it under, as long as you make it clear in the post that it's a Publisher Submission so that John (since he's the guy who chooses what becomes an Official PortableApps.com App) is more likely to prioritise your app a bit higher. However, I would recommend against creating a new thread for each new Dev Test, because then things start getting confusing. Please pick one thread and update it with each new release. The exceptions being that you may eventually decide that the thread has become too crowded, or when you hit some milestone release you might feel a need to distinguish it from the previous releases, in either case you should add [Outdated] to the old thread(s) title and add a link in the opening post to point people to the new thread.
FYI: I knew that it was a Publisher Submission because you're hosting the download on Gromada.com, once you notice that it's kind kind of obvious, but if it doesn't say somewhere that it's a Publisher Submission it's less likely to attract enough attention for people to notice things like that.

Please don't keep making new threads, one thread should be enough till something warrants moving to a new one, and when that's done you should edit the old one to say that it's outdated and add a link to where the new one is.
