The Miranda NG detection is definitely a false positive. Check out the Virus Total results with every single engine showing it clean except SuperAntiSpyware showing a generic malware detection (that's what "Gen-" indicates). SuperAntiSpyware has quite a few issues like this in my experience. PortableApps.com official releases are all scanned before release.
As for the other apps, they're development tests and haven't been reviewed. It's very likely that if you've only scanned it with SuperAntiSpyware, you're looking at more false positives. When you encounter one, upload it to VirusTotal and scan it on all the engines for free. It helps you determine whether something is really infected or if your scanner is flawed.

When only 1 or 2 scanners show something, that's how you know it's a false positive. ClamAV/ClamWin has pretty frequent false positives on Windows EXEs/DLLs as well. Also, keep in mind that some antivirus engines share definitions, so you'll occasionally see the same false positive (same detected badware) from 3 different listings on Virus Total.
