The Miranda NG detection is definitely a false positive. Check out the Virus Total results with every single engine showing it clean except SuperAntiSpyware showing a generic malware detection (that's what "Gen-" indicates). SuperAntiSpyware has quite a few issues like this in my experience. PortableApps.com official releases are all scanned before release.
As for the other apps, they're development tests and haven't been reviewed. It's very likely that if you've only scanned it with SuperAntiSpyware, you're looking at more false positives. When you encounter one, upload it to VirusTotal and scan it on all the engines for free. It helps you determine whether something is really infected or if your scanner is flawed.

Many thanks, John,
Yes, I had tried a few scanners, e.g.: http://r.virscan.org/report/46b4f3e50068d0b4d6b293fd89f129a1

Alright, but harmless.

When only 1 or 2 scanners show something, that's how you know it's a false positive. ClamAV/ClamWin has pretty frequent false positives on Windows EXEs/DLLs as well. Also, keep in mind that some antivirus engines share definitions, so you'll occasionally see the same false positive (same detected badware) from 3 different listings on Virus Total.

Alright, I understand, thank you.
Ah, strange, there is text missing in my previous post, here again:

A less than sign is the start of an HTML tag. It shouldn't be used for emphasis.

So, that sounds like, one should not use it, because it might contain malware, if I see it right.

No, just scan it first to be safe. Which you should honestly be doing with every single thing downloaded from any site ever.

Very sorry for the wrong sign.
Yes, OK, always scan everything what is download, I know, I should, but...
Alright, thank you very much, John.
