You are not alone. I get the exact same message too. So it's not you.
Does it happen when logging in from any page? Can you then manually go back to that page?
The new Drupal upgrade may have broken post-login redirects.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
It only happens when you are on the forum page and want to log in.
Actually what you're seeing in that screenshot is that the login page is inaccessible when you're already logged in. I don't know off the top of my head how long it's been doing this, but it's been quite a while. I never reported it simply because it kind of makes sense to not serve the login page if you're already logged in, but I suppose it could be handled better, especially when it has a redirect destination in the URL, and when it doesn't have a redirect destination defined, then I would suggest that it redirect to either the homepage, the users 'my account' page, or the recent posts tracker.

It seems that Drupal doesn't allow you to see the login page while you're logged in for security reasons. If there's a destination listed, as there is on every page of the site except the homepage, you'll be redirected to that page as soon as you login, so it's not an issue. If the destination is blank, as it is on the homepage, I am automatically redirected to my user page. The only way I can actually get to the login page is if I login, go back a page to before I was logged in, then click the login link which, appropriately, shows access denied due to Drupal's security setup.
How are the people affecting winding up at the login page with access denied? What specific page did you try to login from? What browser, version, and OS are you using?

I usually have seen it when using multiple tabs without logging in first, then I log in to post a comment in one tab, and for some reason or other click login, or reply on one of the pages that hasn't been reloaded since I logged in. This doesn't bother me, because I realise why it happens, and I know how to avoid it, or deal with it when I occasionally forget that I'm logged in, but this tab doesn't know that.
I never thought it would be a problem, or I would have reported it, but since it's now been reported I figured I should post what I knew about it.

This makes sense, though it's more a bug to be reported to the Drupal folks as there isn't anything we can do about it easily.

I'm sorry,, but I don't speak or understand Portuguese and the English translation you have posted does not convey your meaning well.
If I understand correctly, you're saying that you have this problem when you view PortableApps.com in Portuguese. Based on the image you posted before, it looks like you use Google Translate for this. Google Translate can often make odd things happen, as it acts as a proxy between you and the server. On the other hand, your image also indicates that you use Google Chrome, which has translation built into it.
As a person who speaks English, I would right-click on a web page, and click "Translate to English". I believe this option is also available for Portuguese speakers, though it will obviously be written in Portuguese, and say Translate to Portuguese.
