Hi, I'm new to this forum but I'm totally addicted to portable programs. It's a shame that there still are so many programs that need to be installed 
And that's exactly what I wanna ask you guys about. (I have searched this forum a couple of days ago and my search came up empty so I hope I'm not asking something that has been posted under different words)
Is there a portable or otherwise program that can monitor ALL changes a program makes to your pc: I mean dlls, folders created in documents and settings and elsewhere, files created or changed by the install? I use Regshot & Wrapper for monitoring the register, but I haven't found a program for monitoring all files that are added / changed / all changes including the registry ones together yet. Can you help me out?

oops, I'm running these sysinternals progs and tcp/ip the whole time already to monitor my internet connection and they didn't even come to mind 8) - their output is pretty large. Is there any way in which it is possible to delineate just the parts that are produced by the installer?
And is there a prog out there (I hope I haven't got one of them too already;)) that also monitors what the exact files changes created/modified by the installer?
Or any portable or installed program that does all of the above?
You can try Total Uninstall, it seems to be what you are looking for. It compares two system snapshots (file system and registry), one taken before installation and another taken after installation. I found it very useful and use it all the time.
Unfortunately versions 3 and up are shareware (30 days trial) but version 2 was freeware, you can get the last freeware version from here
It is not a portable app but it only writes some settings on the registry (under HCU\Software\MartS), so portabilization wouldn't be much difficult.
Another program doing the same is ZSoft Uninstaller, see it here. Freeware and writes its settings to the registry.

I think you mean an app called What Changed, because the link you gave is not working as expected (you get redirected to another app, VistaRunner, which is similar to AutoIt). Anyway, What Changed can be found also here.
I'm giving it a try and although it has a basic interface it seems to get the job done.
Pros: freeware, no need to install, portable (no traces left behind).
Cons: basic interface, lack of options (exclusions for example), slow taking full snapshots (specially with registry).
It worked a couple of day ago, but now he doesn't any more.

It would appear that the company that publishes What Changed (Vista Software) has dumped the product.
