Dia developer Steffen Macke passed away in May of 2014

We have learned that Dia developer Steffen Macke passed away earlier this year in May. In addition to being the developer and maintainer of the Windows and Mac ports of Dia, he was also a longtime member of the open source community. He was known to be friendly and helpful. He was even kind enough to briefly join our community a few years ago to assist with troubleshooting a Dia issue.

Steffen's work and contributions have been helpful to many in the open source community and we appreciate everything he's given us. He will be missed.
