I have a NextBook 10.1" Windows 8.1 Tablet. It has 32GB internal storage on C drive. I will be getting a 64GB MicroSD card for it shortly.
I plan to install some PortableApps to it such as Chrome, OpenOffice etc. Will there be any problem with Windows 8.1. Can I put a shortcut on my desktop and/or pin the app to the taskbar?

I have a comparable setup and PortableApps run from internal flash storage, from MicroSD-drive and from a virtual hd file.
I did not pin any app, though.
