Portable VCE Player

I can't seem to find a single portable VCE (Exam simulator) player.

Does one not exist?

Paid-for product.

It is a paid-for product as far as I can tell, so it would be up to the developer to produce a portable version, with the obvious issues regarding licensing/registration.
You would have to approach them about it.

If at first you do not succeed, use more sticky tape.
