[Fixed] Stickies v8.0b help file will not start

Hi all,
I have downloaded & 'installed' the Stickies v8.0b portable program to my hard disk drive on a Windows 7 SP1 Home Edition Laptop.

My problem is the "HELP" file will not open when using either the F1 key or clicking on the Help line in the stickies menu (next to the clock).

Nothing 'at all' happens with either option to open the Help file.

I do not use the Portable Apps menu system to start the stickies program though, it starts when my laptop boots up - from the 'Startup' folder.

How can I get the HELP file to open when I need it?

I thank you for your help in this matter and appreciate your timely response!

Sincerely,

Sue Smile

Stickies Help

Just to confirm that Stickies help is not available via menu or F1 when installed in the Portable Apps framework.

Copy CHM

As a workaround for right now, copy the CHM file from the App\Stickies directory to the Data directory. It seems that Stickies doesn't find it unless it's in the working path, which is set to Data so the settings files don't have to be moved back and forth.
