HWiNFO Portable does a pretty good job too.

HWMonitor is better for some things, and HWiNFO better for others.
One of the things I like about HWMonitor is the simplicity and that it puts all the temperatures together for easy reference and reading. Same with Watt measurements.
Plus, the minimum / maximum values are very useful.
They are both great products! Thanks for mentioning the other one as well.
Just run it with Sensors-only checked and you get everything you want.
I've found a Dev Test to an other alternative: Open Hardware Monitor Portable
+1 for HWMonitor, great tool for a quick glance at temps.
I've never used PerfMonitor but since it's a CPUID product it should be good. Can we get these as pafs?
