Console: Re-install from scratch

Running on Windows 8.1; PortableApps Platform 12.0.5 up-to-date:
Console Portable 2.00 b148 Rev 2 (ConsolePortable)

I goofed it up badly trying an alternative shell. Now it fails during startup and I don't get to see the error messages, nor can I access the options to correct the error.
I un-installed once, then re-installed. But the bad settings were inherited by the new installation. So it appears I need to totally expunge every trace of the console installation -- specifically the per-user customizations, I guess.
I've prowled about several "*.ini" files, but I don't see the bad customizations.

Please, where does the App store customization settings?? Or, alternatively, how can I totally eliminate the existing settings?

TIA

System Issue

Uninstalling and re-installing Console completely resets the app itself. If you installed an alternate console at the system level, it's a system level issue you have to correct.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
