The "Mark All As Read" function has disappeared from the Recent Posts page with the recent changes. That was a nice feature and I wonder if it will return.

It's back now. We changed the way the forums work a lot in the Drupal upgrade and the old way wouldn't work anymore. I have a small hack in it now that enables it to work. It will only mark forum stuff read, not stories or story comments. And it will redirect you to the main Forum page after it does this (no way around this at the moment). But, at least it enables some of the functionality for now.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
