I tried to update Skype, but it always says:
The installer was unable to download Skype. The installation of the portable app will be incomplete without it. Please try installing again. (ERROR: File not found (404))
Any help?

A new version was just released and just posted. Microsoft pulls the old versions of Skype as they release new ones. Download the current Skype Portable 7.6.0.105 release and it will install properly.
