How can I submit a new app in your website ?
I want to propose you to add Mail2Voice (www.Mail2Voice.org) in the accessibility category.
Mail2Voice is a mail manager software dedicated to persons with cognitive disabilities and illiteracy.
Its graphical interface is simplified, access to its functions is done by large buttons for use with a touchscreen.
Outgoing messages are processed by audio (mp3 attachments) and messages are read by a speech synthesizer.
Contacts address book are accessible by photo.
Mail2Voice is free and distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL.

Currently, I don't have time to assist with this as .NET apps are not included in our directory yet. When they are, we'll likely start with universal .NET apps - .NET 2.0 apps that are tested for and manifested to work with .NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.x - as they will work on Windows Vista and up without issue.
