Hi,
I can see there are two versions of Firefox to download:
- Firefox 31.x ESR: https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox-portable-esr
- Firefox 38.x non-ESR: https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable
But is there Firefox 38 ESR to download? I need this version in my business, we would like to migrate to this version from currently outdated Firefox 24 ESR which is installed on end-user computers.
Thanks
Is the current version so would be no ESR of it till newer builds come out

Is there now plan to release Firefox 38 ESR portable?
Non-portable official version exists on: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ but I would really need portable version.
As explained, in the When does a version become ESR? FAQ now that Firefox has moved up a version, 39 ESR will be released. It always works like this, so there is no need to ask about later versions.
As a reminder, if you wanted ESR 39 when you originally asked a couple weeks ago, you should likely be on FF stable. You're supposed to stay on the older ESR and test the newer ESR (aka stable) alongside before upgrading. Be sure not to be as far back as you were with ESR 24 because that's highly insecure and defeats the purpose of using an ESR.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
If at any time the version you want is available from Mozilla but isn't yet available from PortableApps (and you can't or don't want to wait), then you can do a custom install of the Mozilla package to the FirefoxPortable:root\App\Firefox folder (unchecking the boxes for other stuff that a Mozilla install offers to do for you).
Actually, this goes to 38.1.0 ESR, and has for a few days.
