for others inside a zip called Greek Dictionaries there is an exe and another zip using non-ascii char file names.
you should give a url if you want people to look at things, also license information, etc.

it's a free version dictionaries that distributed through a greek newspaper before many many years ago.
links for the free versions doesn't exists.
free as in money does not equal free license, this is an easy confusion. it is possible for something that is given away to have a very restrictive license because you are expected to pay later for use or updates or even after 30 days.
a further problem is that because of the character set fewer people than normal will look at it so you are expected to make a translation to english (usually) of the license itself. I can normally figure out a german or spanish or french license for example myself as can other people here but we have relatively few greek contributors.

An app being free does not mean you have permission to repackage it as a portable app. You don't even have permission to share it unmodified with others unless the license specifically allows it. Open source licenses give permission to modify, repackage, etc. This app does not.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
