That's not a bug. Firefox is working properly and alerting on a security issue.

When the sire has an expired certificate... I would contact them as the issue is in their hands or I hate to say use a different Browser. I know personally I have to occasionally log into a work vpn with an outdated certificate and the only I can get itn is on IE and I have to ignore the warning

It can't be a certificate issue because it applies to all sites, even a Google search, and when you click "Submit Feedback" in the Firefox Help menu.
It's due to media recorder inserting itself. Every page that claims to come from Google is passed through media recorder and thus not from Google.

That makes sense, but it does not happen in Firefox (non-portable) or Google Chrome, or I.E. So shouldn't this be considered a bug, and what if anything is a work-around for it?
Have you tested it locally with the beta or just the current stable? Likely, the beta is better about detecting potential security threats as Mozilla has been adding code specifically to detect them from extensions and add-ons.
