Hallo!
Is it possible to add a portable Software which is just copied into the PotableApps file to the menu if the .exe of the Software (lets call it MySoftware) is not located in \PortableApps\MySoftware\, so if ist for example located like this \PortableApps\MySoftware\Somefile\MySoftware.exe.

I don't see any link labeled FAQ in any of the more obvious places (home page, support page).
I believe the reference was to support. On the support page, the first section is "PortableApps.com Platform Issues" and the 4th link is "Adding Other Apps to the PortableApps.com Menu". That covers where to install.
The platform does not currently find EXEs which are buried within sub-directories, though. This will be remedied in the near future.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
