I have several apps that aren't available via PortableApps, but they're available as portables elsewhere. These are
- Bulk Rename Utility
- Defraggler
- InstantEyedropper
- MD5 and SHA Checksum Utility
- StartKiller
As long as I have the EXE file in the top directory of the app's folder, it shows up in the apps list in PAP. But, will PAP automatically check for updates for these apps or do I still have to manually do so?
Please note that I'm not referring to these apps specifically. Although they are the non-PA portables I have on my computer, I just gave them as examples. I'm more or less asking about non-PA apps in general.

Only apps listed within the PortableApps.com App Store as official releases are automatically updated. Any apps you'd like in our format, you can request the publisher create a PA.c Format version (or have them contact us to assist) and then submit it for official inclusion.
