Hi, I couldn't find a solution to this,
I have Firefox portable and I registered it to open htm, html files.
But when Firefox portable is already open I want to open htm file in new tab, when I double click it in win.explorer.
Instead I got a message 'FF is already running but not responding'.
Is there a different setting that can be aded to regedit so it will open file in new tab? I use win. 10 pro.

That notice is from Firefox itself. If you pass everything through FirefoxPortable.exe, it'll work just fine. If you manually set Firefox Portable to AllowMultipleInstances, it'll fail. That option breaks passing in links entirely and is not meant to be used for anything but testing.

i have the same problem and can not find a solution. pls help.
after start of ff portable two processes are running
