Is it a plugin? If so, you must set Firefox to only run in 32-bit mode as explained in the plugins topic here: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#plugins
If it is a plugin, note that it will no longer work later this year. Firefox is dropping all plugin support (Java, Shockwave, Unity, etc) except Flash like all major browsers.

Problem only with portable version.
Your locally installed version is likely 32-bit. Firefox was only 32-bit up until a couple versions ago. Automatic updates to it still serve 32-bit. You don't have 64-bit installed locally unless you manually uninstalled the 32-bit version and manually downloaded and installed the 64-bit version.
Please follow the instructions I posted above before proceeding and set Firefox Portable to 32-bit mode using the INI setting.

All working good.
