Where do I find icons?

Both appicon.ico and the appicon_xx.png files are up to you to make.

I usually just extract them from the base app's executable using IcoFX.

Sometimes it won't have all the right dimensions for you, but IcoFX has the ability to resize and change colour depth.

This usually works fine, although sometimes if translating from a format with transparency to one without you will end up with something a little ugly. In those cases you might have to do some retouching around the edges to make them look a little better.

After creating the appicon.ico like that, then you can just export the appropriate size icons to the appicon_xx.png files.
