I just downloaded the latest Foxit Reader Portable and scanned it on Virustotal.com. There's one virus detected as the shown below. Is it OK?

That means Virus Total is telling you it's a false positive. If 54 antivirus engines say it's clean and 1 says it isn't, 1 is broken. When this happens, you can report it to the affected engine. There's no need to post it here as otherwise the forums would be cluttered by random false positives from the smaller lesser antviruses.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
