i already rename the application folder to GoogleChromePortable_Copy_2, but when i check update, that particular is not update.
Is that i configure wrong?

Your primary copy is up to date. The way it works is when it updates your main copy, the other copies are also updated. If you open the main copy's appinfo.ini file and adjust the package version to be one number less, it'll update all 3. They're only out of sync because they've never been updated in this way before and your main copy is already up to date, so it won't be an issue later. Ah, just what I need to know, thank you.
Just upgraded to 13.0, my multiple copies of Thunderbird didn't update, just the primary default version.. had to go through and rename them from what I used to _Copy_X , small pain, cause then the labels change in PAP Application List, have to launch each one to figure out who's who, but it in the end works.
Now have to do the same thing for my many copies of FileZilla.

Once you've got the directories renamed (or earlier, for that matter), you can rename the apps themselves in the platform - simply right-click on the app, then use the rename option. Using that option in conjunction with the "Show App Paths" advanced option, you can tell which is which without having to run each.

yes, I did and I have again thank you, the point is, gotta do one by one, so you don't loose track if you have many. If you rename the actual directories/folders on your HD to the convention, as prescribed, all the original naming one did on the platform list is gone and they all just say the original default name. So I had 6 TB's, all the default name.. had to launch each one, and than rename in the platform list. I didn't think about the names in the platform listing changing.
but even showing paths, if you renamed them all first, you better make notes of what was renamed from the user's common sense labeling (for their notations of what it's for) to the new prescribed/required notation.
It works, and what's nice, if you don't follow the new prescribed/required notation, that app wont get updated...which for me, I have some TB installs that are now just pure archive if I need them in the future... so I like the idea of freezing them.

You only have to rename them once. It's been in the planning for a couple years now and I had to wait until nearly all released apps were using a PortableApps.com Installer that supports the new format.
The reason for the naming convention is speed so we don't have to fully analyze every app in every directory which will get cumbersome as folks use more apps.
Now that the app installers and the updater support it, I'll add in a new Duplicate App feature to the platform so you won't need to do any of this manually.

Once you know what to expect with having duplicate apps already, it's not bad.
And more so, again, if you name an app outside the normal dictated naming convention, the oddly name app is nicely archived and not touched.
It has it's uses.
At first, admittedly I was a little "rats darn", but after I came across a couple to be archived and not updated, and realized they wont be touched, and now knew what to expect and found that hidden gem with the current process, all is good.
