Clean

According to Virus Total, both Chrome's installer (which the Google Chrome Portable installer downloads) and chrome.exe are clean by DrWeb:

Either you have a bad set of DrWeb definitions and need to update. Or there is an infection elsewhere on your machine that immediately infected it on install. What is the MD5 of chrome.exe?

MD5 chrome.exe

Path: D:\PortableApps\PortableApps\GoogleChromePortable\App\Chrome-bin\chrome.exe
MD5: c8a299bb91912d446f19ea4bd4d135c7 - chrome.exe
Version: 49.0.2623.87

On the home computer everything works without problems. I have a whole folder D: \ PortableApps \ PortableApps is registered in the antivirus exclusions, so apparently he does not check for new files.
The problem occurs on your computer. I will be at work, check the anti-virus database.

Correct MD5, Clean File

That is the correct MD5 for chrome.exe and the full analysis at Virus Total shows it 100% clean on all antivirus engines including Dr Web: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/9f056a426034af0fcc9f5ce64e920f4a871ec...

You've got a bad set of virus definitions or you're using a buggy heuristics engine on Dr Web. You'll need to contact them for support.
