Does anyone have a copy of this or able to restart development?
I moved the project a while ago and forgot to change the link. Try this for now and let me know how it works. I haven't tested it in a while.

OK thanks, but you only have the alpha version.
Did anything significant change between the other build and the alpha concerning portability?
It worked pretty well, but I added a few tweaks.
It requires Admin rights so I updated the launcher to PAL 3.0 and made it always use admin rights.
You reset some options because they are bad for portability, but I added some registry stuff to the launcher so if the user enables them, the effects will be cancelled out (no lingering registry), and your FileWrites the next run still do their thing.
I put it in my SkyDrive for now, where all my apps are.

I am reuploading it to the same place, but all I did was add DirectoryMoveOK=yes.
I'd be very willing to test this if there was interest in getting this back off the ground
