I am not interessted at background updates! I had it deactivated, but Fx updated at background itself !
how can i deactivated it . Is the problem the "Maintenance Service" ?

We have that feature disabled in the portable browser by default. It'll notify you if there's an update but not download or install it automatically. Unless you changed that somehow. They're about:config settings:
app.update.auto - false
app.update.enabled - false
app.update.silent - false

If you have all those settings set, it can't update in the background. Unless you run firefox.exe directly, in which case it's using your local settings and will automatically update.
Additionally, if you're running in local mode, be sure app.update.service.enabled is set to false as well.

I use the firefox portable version and use a short-cut to the firefox.exe!

If you have a shortcut or pinned firefox.exe, it's not running in portable mode. You must run FirefoxPortable.exe only.
