[Fixed] Foxit Reader Portable 7.3.4.0311 Update error

updating from the portableapps launcher yields a 404 error. So I did a manual download and update. Which was successful, but even after the update, the launcher was still showing foxit reader as being outdated and in need of the same update I just applied.
