Hey everybody.
Every once in a while, my portable Chrome will not start because for the following reason.

I don't know why this happens as it's neither updating nor did I make changes on my computer. It just won't work again.
Reinstalling Visual C++ or the .net Framework doesn't help either.
Does anybody know why this happens and how I can resolve this error?
Thank you
Kledde
It's an issue with your Visual C++ runtimes on the PC itself. I'm unsure which one offhand as there are about 10 of them.

I feared that it's these stupid redistributables that appear in thousands in the programs and features list after using windows for some time.
They really need to get this fixed, it's endlessly annoying.
Still, how do I know which one is needed for my current version? And why is there a problem when I actually didn't change anything?
By now I got these:

My programs and features list is rather empty, so don't wonder it's so few.
Thanks for help!

Chrome Portable is the x86 version, so those would apply. Unfortunately, in analyzing Chrome, it doesn't seem to provide proper manifests to advertise to Windows what versions it needs.
