Hi,
I am using the latest version of Google Chrome Portable on my Windows PC (Windows 10 - 64bit)
The software is not stealth IMHO because there are some files and a registry entry left behind after closing Chrome.
1. These files are left behind in the user profile folder:
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\reports
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\metadata
C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\settings.dat
2. This registry entry is left behind:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\PreReadFieldTrial]
@="Default"
Thank you and have a nice day
Kind regards,
Peter
So there is an empty folder: C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\reports
An empty file: C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\metadata
And this file: C:\Users\Peter\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\settings.dat
the app data folder but it is empty. I discovered if you have any add-ons to Chrome they store on local computer if you are logged into chrome on a google account.

Thanks for the new release. After running version 50 I did not find any files in de appdata folder, but some registry keys:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Google]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\Extensions]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\PreReadFieldTrial]
@="Default"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\Extensions]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\Extensions\fheoggkfdfchfphceeifdbepaooicaho]
"path"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\McAfee\\SiteAdvisor\\McChPlg.crx"
"version"="1.02.187.2"
"update_url"="http://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\NativeMessagingHosts]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\NativeMessagingHosts\siteadvisor.mcafee.chrome.extension]
@="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\McAfee\\SiteAdvisor\\siteadvisor.mcafee.chrome.extension.json"
The Crashpad directory is handled in the current release. I couldn't reproduce the registry keys but it appears they may be tied to some extensions, so I'll take a look at those now.

This is fixed with today's released in stable, beta, and dev.
